We asked 3seconds to guide us in our first merger project with another institution. They arranged a three-hour guided discussion round with some of the stakeholders of both organizations which resulted in a collective DNA analysis and formulation. By using this approach both organizations obtained a well-defined focus on the fundamental choice. A choice we made together.
